What Causes Prolonged Feeling Of Being Off-balance Despite Taking Medication?

I went to the urgent care a week ago because I was off balance the doctor checked my ears and saw some fluid..and said also had vertigo gave me some prednisone and cefdinir a week has passed my ears feel better but Im still off balance any advice for being off balance still?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the vestibular dysfunction then it better to try this with "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day have some bed rest too hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
