What Causes Prolonged Irregular Bleeding?

Hi, I'm 17 and a girl. ive been bleeding from vagina for about a week now, but its not my period. its very little. i only need to use one pad for a day, and it doesnt even fill the whole thing up. when i go to the bathroom no blood comes out, unless i wipe.
