General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Itchy toes and feet can result likely due to infectious cause fungal cause. Although other causes like bacterial infection or allergy induced itching can not be denied. For the time being, till you visit a dermatologist, for itching you can use local ointment that contains antihistamines.

I suggest you visit a dermatologist and get your foot checked. You might be advised to get some blood work up done along with skin scrapping test if needed after careful examination. Once the underlying cause is identified, you will be suggested appropriate medicines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
