General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understand your concern. looking at the details of your health you have given I see following possibilities for your problem.- - Since you have high WBC count, infection must be ruled out. Ovarain, endometrial, pelvlc infammation can cause it. - If you are still mensruating, pregnancy complications can cause it.
- Hormonal imbalance due to conditions like PCOD, Diabetes, premenopause, - Ovarian cysts, fibroid uterus can be the cause. In short , consultation of a gynecologist, USG lower abdomen, high vaginal swab testing would help in pinpointing the cause & specific treatment. Thanks.
