What Causes Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding?

hello im just trying to figure out why im bleeding 16 days after my period ended and my breast really hurt my period ended on april 29th i have been trying to get pregnant and have been spotting for the last cupple days but today im bleeding like a period whats wrong with me
