What Causes Prolonged Menstruation After Taking Depo Shot?

i went to get the depo shot last month. im supposed to get the next one in july but my period is already coming back on even though it skipped it when i got the shot. my period is now on the 9th day. is this something i should be concerned about because i have never had a period last this long.

it is hormonal imbalance. consult gynechologist for examination and advise on treatment.hormone estimation and ovulation test should be done.pv examination should be done and exclude problem in uterus like fibroid.
