Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is unusual for pain in penis head and testis to remain for three years. Is the pain associated with sexual activity or does it stay all the time? The pain can be psychological in origin. I suggest you to get ultrasound of scrotum to know the status of testis after consulting your urologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
