What Causes Prolonged Period After Having Ovaflo Tablet?

I was advised by my gynecologist to take ovaflo tablets in order to have my scanty menstrual with a regular one, but now the issue is that on my second regular periods i have getting periods for the last 15 days non-stop. Is is due to the OVAFLO tablets. Please advise

Hello dear, thanks for your query. Ovaflo is dehydroepiandristerone which is a male hormone and is indicated in conditions like hot flashes, vaginal dryness of menopause, depression, osteoporosis, Alzheimer's and other reasons. But there are no indications of using DHEAS for menstrual flow regulation. Also, as you haven't mentioned anything about your age Or menstrual history, I find it hard to comment on your concern at the moment and I suggest you to either discuss the issue with your OB/GYN Or write back with essential details about your concern so that it is addressed satisfactorily.
