What Causes Prolonged Periods Along With Dizziness And Frequent Urination?

Hi there. I have been having my period for the three weeks now and feeling very tired and loss of energy feeling dizzy and light headed and urinated about 7 to 8 times a night and during the day. I had sex with my huisband and felt like someone is stabbing me in my ovaries and bleeding after it. I am worry can you help me please

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of prolonged bleeding. Also get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection. You may need some hormonal treatment to stop the bleeding. Hope it helps.
