What Causes Prolonged Periods And Smelly Urine With Negative HPT?

i took a pregnancy test is negative but i have itching and odor to my urine? i took a pregnancy test is negative but i have itching and odor to my urine? my urine come out kind of foggy yellow its weird ive been super tired really sleepy and my period had not came down and its been time to come... since January i got my period 3 times in a row every 2 weeks and now it has not came down at all i took 2 pregnancy test this week but comes out neggative ive been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice...?? i am worried can anyone help please!?!
