General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the brown color and the circles may be due to the beta dine gargle.
Sore throat may be due to the chronic allergy. and exposure to the irritants like the cool things ,fruits and juices.
The other reasons may be the sinusitis, and deviated nasal septum, which may cause the chronic rhinitis.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, phenylephrine, citrizine, and ranitidine.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
