Hi,
I understand your concern.
Spotting you have can be from various causes like- fibroid uterus, cervical polyp, hormonal imbalance, endometrial hyperplasia, uterine & ovarian cancer
You need to investigate yourself by -internal examination by a gynecologist,SG abdomen, endometrial biopsy- to spot the diagnosis & get specific treatment. Please don't worry. It's wise to be on guard/conscious/particular & try to find the way out rather than be tense & disturbed( which can also lead to hormonal imbalance & irregular spotting)
Thanks.
