What Causes Prolonged Spotting, Tiredness And Breast Tenderness?

hi i need some info plz i was due one friday and thursday i started to spot then friday came and i came on heavy then saturday spotting light its stopped on the night never lost anything sunday little bit of pink discharge today and im a 5 day cycle i should of come off today this is not normal for me i have been feeling sick and tired to and noticed my breast are a little tender
