What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding After Having A C-section?

i had a c- section june 2 2010. i hemmoraged shortly after. i bled huge blood clots. i had a D and C july 1 2010. it has been 6 months and i am still bleeding everyday. can you give me a hypothesis as to what is wrong with me. i am only 19! please help.
