Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Following are the cause of your problem.
Vaginal pain and
bleeding after intercourse is most common complaints among girls.
In majority case it is not serious and will go on its own.
But it is serious in your case.
Following are the causes of pain and bleeding after intercourse.
I think Hymen rupture is the most common cause in your case.
Other cause are
1. Trauma to vaginal wall (If penetration without lubrication)/hymen rupture
2.
Atrophic vaginitis due to lower
estrogen levels
3. Infections in the vagina
4. Bleeding from
cervix (As it contain superficial blood vessels)
5. Endometriosis
6. Pre cancerous condition of cevix/vagina
7. Fibroid/adenomyosis
8. PCOS
Take following advice
1. It will goes its own with in 4-5 days
2. Tablet
meftal spas two times a day till pain is there.
3. Use lubricants while sex.
4. You can apply pressor if bleeding is visible
5. Sleep in head rise position
6. Apply cold pack over pelvic/Vaginal area.
7. If bleeding not stop, you can take vitamin K injections
Do sex in relaxation.
You should let go penis inside very slowly with lots of lubrication, once you feel pain, wait for sometime and then proceeds.
It will decrease after 4-5 sexual intercourse as resistance is decreased.
Your partner should be gentle, and get you in the mood in order to increase natural lubrication.
Do not keep the intercourse for a long time, since that will not only rub off the lubricants, it will also cause friction to the surrounding tissue.
While regular intercourse will reduce the incidence of bleeding, avoid frequent intercourse (more than once) in a single day.
Maintain hygiene in pelvic area.
Wash pelvic area with warm salted water to reduce infection and inflammation.
But if you constantly have bleeding from the vagina, or after every intercourse, it is better to consult a doctor as it could be symptoms of something more serious
Do the following tests:
1. USG
2.
Hormonal profile
3. Endometrium biopsy
4. Follicle study
5. Blood: CBC, ESR, BT, CT, APTT
Hope this may help you.
Wish you good health.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
