Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Deviry tablet contains 'Medroxy Progesterone Acetate' as an active ingredient.

Unusual vaginal bleeding is one of the common side effects known to occur when this medication is taken. Since these are hormone-based medications, it might alter hormone levels in the body causing prolonged bleeding. Bleeding would generally stop by 10 days in such circumstances.

In case it continues for more than 10 days, you need to seek medical attention by consulting a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
