What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Along With Abdominal Cramps?
Hi, I am having a period that has lasted about 16 days, but it started out really slow like hardly any blood and I had no craps. But then after about a week, I got cramps and I got my normal flow and now it has been another week and it still has not gone away.

I understand your problem, dear you should consult gynaecologist immediately to rule out causes and the most important to stop prolonged bleeding and also to assses you haemoglobin status and treatment accordingly. Dear in perimenopausal age there are many causes for prolonged bleeding such as pregnancy related complication, submucosal fibroid, adenomyosis , hormonal imbalance etc so you need proper work up.Best of luck
