What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Despite Taking Duphaston?

hello im suffering from prolonged heavy bleeding my doc put me on 3 cycles of duphaston .. i didnt miss a single tab but i started spoting today in my second cycle..same happened in first one...is it normal?? wat if it increases to heavy bleeding...i will complete cycle but y imm having this spotting inspite being regular in medicine

Hello,

You have to undergo thorough checkup. Do Ultrasound to rule out any Ovarian cyst, fibroid uterus. Blood work out, LFT, Hormonal studies. Consult your OG doctor do Diagnostic curettage.
