What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Post Tubal Ligation?

I am 42 years old and I m ligated. I don t have regular period last Jan. 2018 to Feb. 2018, but this March I thought I m having a monthly period. And now its 11 days I m still have bleeding,the doctor gave me Daflon 500 mg. to take 2 tabs at morning and 2 tabs at evening. The problem is I m having heavy bleeding now. is it the effect of Daflon? Can you please advise because I;m getting weaker and weaker everyday. Thank you so much.

You need to consult a gynaecologist and may require an ultrasound scan and accordingly hormones or Tranexamic ACID for stopping bleeding. It is usually due to hormonal but other causes has to be ruled out.
