General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As there is heavy menstrual bleeding, currently you require doses of Norethisterone with Tranexamic Acid tablets.

Both are prescription drugs and have to get prescribed by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
