General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com and thanks for showing trust in us .
Spotting or light bleeding is normal after Hysterectomy procedure and as a general guideline if it persists more than 6 week after intervention then you should consult your healthcare providers straight away .
A normal bleeding is a result of healing of the tissues after surgical intervention .Vascular abnormality , slipped sutures and hypersensitivity reaction to suture material also can cause bleeding issues which should be ruled out .
I would suggest you to consult your healthcare providers straighaway.
I wish you good health .
Best Regards,
DR.S.TOMAR
