What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Spotting And Acidity?
hi, I am 24yearz old and married since 3 months, I had periods on 20-08-15 and after 7 days again spot bleeding started, got pregnancy test that is positive but in ultrasound there is no pregnancy, doctor suggested me myfol for 3 months, I want to know whether I am pregnant or not and why em getting spot bleeding since 2weeks, also have acidity in stomach

Most likely you are not pregnant.As ultrasound has been done and it shows empty endometrial cavity,this confirms absence of pregnancy.
Spontaneous abortion may lead to spotting.
Abortion is common in early pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy test may be positive for few days even after abortion.
It take some time to clear beta hCG from urine.
You are rightly suggested to take folate tablet supplementation for three months.You can take it empirically.
