What Causes Prominent Painful Vein Along With Lumps Around The Wrist?

Four months ago I had lumpectomy on rt breast two lymph nodes removed no cancer now present. Been in chemo for nine wks. Today my rt arm is hurting I have a few knot like possible cyst developed around my wrist and about a three inch protruding vein like under my arm causing pain. Should I see a dr.

I really appreciate your concern, these are the nonspecific symptoms and nothing to take any thing with the breast condition if it not the malignancy, not necessary to see the doctor, but keep the condition under observation, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
