What Causes Prominent Purple Line At The Vaginal Opening?

Can there be a purple line on the canal of the vaginal opening? Hello, I recently thought I had a yeast infection so I took medication and put on creme. One day I was checking to see the discharge and progress of my infection and I discovered a purple line that is a little bump in the shape of a line on the canal of the opening of the vagina. I was just wondering what could have caused this, or if this is just a normal part of my vagina or a vein etc. Thanks

avoid presumption and self medication. consult gynecologist examination and advise.it appears to be inflammatory lesion. had it been fungal infection like yeast, then have to take anti fungal pessary or systemic anti fungal antibiotic like fluconazole. maintain hygiene and sanitation.
