General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes. The prominent vein has got nothing to do with headache.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best. Thank you.

Regards,
