What Causes Prominent Vein Over An Eye Post Workout?

Hello, Whenever I work out at the gym, even when I do cardio, I have a vein that bulges over my left eye and is sore to the touch. I was wondering if I should discontinue working out? Also, I was wondering if I should see a specialist or if my g.p. would suffice.

If this is just appearance and no symptoms like pain discomfort visual disturbances then this is nothing to worry because this could be normal one and may be due to extra vascular region (Prominent) , this is nothing to worry, still to clear the doubt better to have clinical examination, take care.
