What Causes Prominent Veins On The Legs?

I stand a lot for my work and wear the exercise shoes by Dr. Scholls all the time for the added support and padding. Two weeks ago on my day off I noticed the veins in my left leg had enlarged four times as much. Never had that before or since. Now however my veins are showing(very small) if I do not wear support stockings. Why would they enlarge so much, was it the shoes or coffee. What can I do?

You are getting more Venus insufficiency and need to check with Surgeon to control further.Color Doppler and Vascular Surgeon's consultation would resolve your health issue.Its not coffee by any means.
