i just looked in the mirror and noticed my neck veins on left side of neck were bulding out and it freaked me out , i'm on blood pressure medication
and i do not take it everyday, i did alot of lifting everyday, do you think i just strained my neck?

the medication has to revised after measuring your blood pressure.as this can be related to not taking the medication
