sir ia m having the problem that prostate fluid comes out while i am tailking to my fiancee all the times.this talking started at least three years and all those years i am having this same problem.may i worry about this problem or do what .pleaz guide me

Sexual stimulation, even just thinking about it, will cause a small amount of secretions. This is entirely normal and not at all likely to mean a problem. a prostate exam would show there isn't a problem. There is simple testing for STD but I suspect that is unlikely.
