What Causes Protruding Of Rib Of One Side?

Hi, I just noticed an odd shape to my 4 year old daughters ribs on the right hand side, it s not floating and feels like its part of her ribs could she have a protruding rib? it feels different to the left hand side, she has never complained of pain nor been hurt that area and is very healthy - I m very worried about what it could be Thank you so much

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if you have noticed the rib is not in normal in position and something is wrong then in my opinion this need to be investigated and for that better to have a opinion from the orthopedic surgeon , take care and have a nice day.
