What Causes Protruding Pelvic Bone In A Premature Baby?

My granddaughter will be 3 on January 4th. She was born 3 months premature. In the past couple of weeks I have noticed when changing her that her pelvic bone is protruding abnormally. I have changed her since birth and it seems that I would have noticed this before if it had always been present. She has an issue with bowel movements and when she does go , I can t believe anything that size came out of her. She is very petite. She also complains that it hurts when I wipe her when changing her, not badly but all of these things combined concern me. Okay, I see the scam.
