What Causes Protruding Skin That Looks Red Around Anus And Vagina?

I have skin around anus in one spot protruding out red and raw . It s also red toward the vagina and inside of vagina with a slight whitish discharge. No odor. It s like skin is tight and pulling when I walk and it hurts. It s really red and raw feeling.

You possibly have a vulvovaginitis and hemorrhoid. You should seek a OBGYN consult. You can take symptomatic antibiotic medications as well as anal Suppository eg: Anusol.
