What Causes Protrusion Of Left Rib Outwards With Severe Pain?

everything test wise comes back negative. Excruciating pressure pain in the left diaphram side which over last 6 years have been push my left side ribs outward . Very noticable . All ct scan and ultrosounds with xrays and lab work for liver and pancrease among otherthings are NEGATIVE...
