What Causes Protrusion Of Right Rib Cage Compared To The Left?

I am a 19 year old girl. Of late i noticed that the lower end of my left ribcage tends to stick out a bit more than that of the right one. It is only distinct when I lie down and not otherwise. I experience no pain whatsoever in that region. Is it a cause for worry??
