What Causes Puffiness In Only One Eye?

I keep having puffiness under just my left eye. When this first started happening, I read that bags under the eyes are usually the result of just getting older (will be fifty next month). Is it normal for this to just occur under one eye without affecting the other? Thank you!

inthatsense it may be normal but it advisable to go for renal profile. since it has effected one eye, local inflammatory cause may be looked for. It can be sty blepharitis or pathology in conjunctiva.
