What Causes Puffy Eye After Injecting Botox?

got botox to the glabella lines very close to the eye brows. Now my eyes look sunken in and i developed wrinley puffy ridges under my eyes when i smile. the skin looks looser under the eyes, I do not understand as Botox was not injected there at all. What went wrong?

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having irritant dermatitis due to botox.
My treatment advice is -
1. Apply ice on the lesions twice daily.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
