Hello, Please check if the baby has descended down. This can be observed by increased pelvic congestion, increased frequency of the bladder and sometimes of the bowel, decreased fetal movements, increased vaginal discharge etc. If so, please report the matter immediately to your consultant. Alternatively, the pulling effect could be due to the increasing size of the uterus pilling on the abdominal muscles while stretching them. Contraction of the uterus can also be a cause and this would need attention. Please take rest in left lateral position, preferably with elevated foot end. Wish you safe motherhood.
