What Causes Pulling Sensation Along The Femoral Bone?

I have extreme burning pulling painful feeling along my femoral bone. When walking or trying to move it also feels like something is pulling or like it may feel if I were getting shocked with electrical current. what is this and should I go to the emergency room or wait for my doctors office to open on Monday?

This can be a result of an injury or any other systemic problem that you might have. I would recommend you to go to your PCP and later visit a Physiotherapist.
