What Causes Pulling Sensation And Redness In Arm ?
I have a pulling feeling inside my arm which happens when I lift my arm. There is a redness from the top of my arm down to my hand (on the inside of arm) and my hand has some swelling on the top part. It aches when i touch the any of the affected areas.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pulled muscle.
I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
I also suggest using an anti inflammatory gel for local application such as Voltaren gel for local application.
Warm compresses can also be helpful.
