What Causes Pulling Sensation At The Incision Site Of A Hernia Surgery?

Had left inguinal hernia surgery 2 weeks ago and there is some like pulling sensation and at the incision site it s like hard/swollen like I have a pinky finger inside of me is this normal? And I had sex a couple days ago but barely did anything nothing rigorous or anything like that and also tried masturbating after and same thing as before there is like a pulling sensation/pain is that normal?
