What Causes Pulling Sensation In Armpit Radiating To Arm?

I recently got diagnosed bith a boil on my armpit which has since subsided with antibiotics, but I'm left the a pulling sensation in the vein that runs through the pit and down my arm making it nearly impossible and very painful to straighten and lift my arm. Should i be concerned and what could it be?

Hi,
From history it seems that you developed Thrombophlebitis following a boil in your armpit.
Apply ice pack on the part for few days.
Apply thrombophob cream on the part
Ok and take care.
