What Causes Pulling Sensation In Knee While Bending 2 Weeks After Injury?

2 weeks ago i hurt my knee. playing netball, i landed on it quite hard from being in the air. i limped on it for about a week, now i can bend it until i get this pulling feeling in the front of my knee, what could this be. its still a bit swollen but not real bad
