What Causes Pulling Sensation In Lower Right Abdomen And Frequent Urination?

Hi have had many uti in the past but what I am experiencing is not like before. Been drinking a lot of water as am I hawaii on vacation & it is hit. Just this morning felt a pulling sensation in lower right. Now this afternoon same feeling but strong when I urinate which is very frequently. Getting on an 11 hour flight tomorrow so no time to find a doctor I my network. What can this be?

Hello,

This still sounds like a UTI. It is possible that you have a kidney stone as well. Continue with drinking water and fluids. If you could get on a video consultation and have a prescription for antibiotics, it would be great. Once you get back home see if the stone passes on its own, or you could have an ultrasound done to analyze the size of the stone.
