What Causes Pulling Sensation In Testes And Twisting In Anus?
Hi I have had pain in my testis and between them and the anus aswell both testicles have been riding high pulling up sensation along with a twisting feeling between my anus and testis are a dull ache and the testicles feel numb or loss of sensation I find it hard to walk far or stand for any period of time, mri was clear and ultrasound on testis had blood and urine done and they clear aswell I'm on amitrpoline not sure how u spell it to relax the muscles I'm told it could be a nerve between my testis and anus, could you give me any advice on what else I can do and how long it would take to recover I've been in agony about 10 months and numbness about 5 months I am waiting to c urologist aswell many thanks

You have a typical problem where the pain is in the testicle and the perineum. MRI and other investigations are normal, this indicates that you have descending perineal syndrome.
I would advise :
Actual digital palpation of the prostate to see any tenderness to rule out prostatitis, Blood PAS, colonoscopy and tests of semen, blood and urine again.
Continue with Amitriptyline , you may need elevated dosages.
You have to have your stress and anxiety under control.
Avoid all the foods and beverages known to increase your problem.
Have sitz bath twice daily.
Fins the factors which instigate your problem or enhance it and avoid them strictly.
