General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to the health care magic

Based on x ray finding only, tuberculosis can't ruled out..

For TB diagnosis investigation done with sputum examination for AFB

If needed serum ADA estimation done and Gene expert study also beneficial

Even still want to do work up than biopsy done and histopathology examination done

So based on x ray only don't start treatment..
Discuss all these with your treating doctor

Take care

Hope this will help you
