What Causes Pulsating And Double Vision?

I have pulsating vision in my right eye, what could be the cause and is there anything that can be done to stop it? I am going to turn 60 in about 3 weeks, female, have had double vision problems, when walking or just spontaneously for the past 5 years, but the pulsating is new.

diplopia is mono or binocular.muscle balancing is to be done. by this involve muscle can be detected. pulsating vision is due to anxiety neurosis.general health check up may be done.exclude diabetes and hypertension.
