What Causes Pulsating Feeling In The Head After Diagnosed With Labyrinthitis?

Last October i had what was diagnosed as Labyrinthitis. During the course of the illness i began feeling a pulsing in my head neck and chest.Nine moths later I still feel this. It is very disturbing . No one seems able to tell me what it could be, and how to treat it. Can you help me to understand what is happening to me.
