What Causes Pulsating Feeling In Vagina?

Why do I have a pulsating feeling in my vagina? And I also been having urgency to pee, pain in my bladder, and I have been peeing clear tissue that has blood in it. Could I be pregnant? My period is suppose to start next week and I have been having this since this Monday.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient, your symptoms indicate that you might be having a bacterial bladder infection. Please see your gp asap to have a urin test be taken. The doctor will then probably perscribe you antbiotics. The symptoms are not typical for pregnancy, also your cycle is at a point where you are very short after ovulating, so it is usually to early for a pregnancy to be tested/ to be happening. If there is any doubt though you can always run a test, but first priority should be the testing for urinary infection with a urine sample as advised above. All the best to you, kind regards
