What Causes Pulsating Sensation Behind The Neck?
Hi, The possible causes are a migrainous headache or occipital neuralgia or a tension headache or cervical spondylosis or neck muscle spasm etc. Do yoga and meditation regularly, avoid stressful activity, use tablet Naprosyn. Avoid alcohol and smoking and avoid excessive salt intake. Check out your blood pressure. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/neuro physician they will do a cervical X-ray, ECG, MRI spine and then treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
