What Causes Pulsating Sensation In Ear And Right Sided Head Pain?

Hi I ve had a headache for nearly four day , it s on the right side of my head on the side above my ear and comes and goes , the headache came first and now my ear with a pusle sensation . I thought it would go away but still the same , what do you think . Kind regards Christina

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Experiencing pulsating sensation in the ear and right sided headache could be due to congestion in the middle ear as a result of Eustachian tube catarrh.
Kindly take decongestant medication like the one containing chlorpheniramine maleate and phenylephrine along with anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen with paracetamol combination.
Salt water gargling with warm water would also be helpful. Your symptoms should subside gradually.
